Between the mountains Not-yet-
knowing-need & Wanting-what-

you-have-and-are is this Valley 
of Compulsive Envy.  I simply 

call it Hell.  But I’m no longer 
desperate to escape.  You see, 

I’ve lived here for many years
& am no longer fooled.  I know

the secret.  I know desperation 
is just another of its tortures
