Our science 
which art of physics,
fundamental is thy name.

Thy society come, 
thy experiments be done
in heaven as they are on earth.

Give us this day our daily information,
and forgive us our resistance
as we disapprove of those who resist you.

And lead us not toward culture,
but deliver us from tradition

for thine is the knowledge
and the efficiency
and the comfort

of the doctors
and the engineers
and the biochemists

now and ever
from the Bang to the Crunch,
Amen.
